Monomax LLC will provide you with visa support documents (an official letter of invitation).
You will apply for a HUMANITARIAN or TOURIST visa.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PAYMENT AT LEAST FOR THE REGISTRATION FEE IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO START PREPARING YOUR VISA INVITATION. To get visa invitation you need to:

1. Register online. PLEASE INDICATE YOUR NAME EXACTLY AS IT IS WRITTEN IN YOUR PASSPORT (including middle name, if any).

2. Go to the section Visa support in your Personal area and fill in the required data. Please choose whether you need a scan copy or the original. Scan copy is valid ONLY for EU and Schengen countries citizens who apply for a visa in EU or Schengen countries.
In case original visa support documents are needed:
- please pay for express mail delivery in your Personal area beforehand;
- indicate your postal address where you want the documents to be delivered and your mobile phone number in the Comment box.
3. Book hotel accommodation in your Personal area OR - if you plan to stay in another hotel or private apartment - indicate it in the Comment box or inform the conference manager by email.

4. If your accompanying person needs visa support documents, he/she should also register online and undergo the same procedure.

To obtain your visa, please always adhere to the official procedures declared by the Russian embassy or consulate in your region.

The deadline for ordering visa invitation is June 1, 2019.
WE CAN'T GUARANTEE THE VISA INVITATION ISSUE AFTER THE DEADLINE.

Citizens of some countries do not need visa to enter the Russian Federation. Here you can see a list of Visa-free countries, but please be sure to consult the Russian consulate or visa centre in your country.

PLEASE NOTE:
- in order to obtain a visa your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the proposed date
- according to the Russian Federation migration law concerning registration procedure of foreign citizens on the territory of Russian Federation hotels take all responsibilities for fulfilling this statement - that's why hotels take registration fee (about 5-10 EUR per person) that is to be paid by the guest directly to the hotel cash desk upon arrival
