CANCELLATIONS:
Requests for cancellation of your reservation will only be accepted in writing by e-mail MGCTF@onlinereg.ru before 31 May 2019. All refunds are made within 2 weeks after the end of the conference.
Cancellation policy:
If cancelled before 31 May 2019, no fee will be charged, the entire amount except Bank charges will be refunded to the member's account.
Cancellations made on or after 31 May 2019 will be charged for the entire stay and will not be refunded.

If you want to stay in a double room together with your colleague or accompanying person, please:
1. Book a double room on the page of one of the participants
2. Specify the name of the second participant (accompanying person) in the "comments" field and requests for the presence of two separate or one large bed in the room
3. If necessary, send to e-mail MGCTF@onlinereg.ru letter asking you to split the bill
4. After we receive the information, the participants will be booked in a double room and the account will be split in half
5. Pay for the whole room or separately, while the second double room does not need to be booked
Obligatory requirement is the registration of both living guests in the database.
Pay attention! If one participant arrives earlier or leaves later than the other, the payment is the full cost of accommodation for those days that he lives alone, and not for a place in the room. Accommodation in hotels is guaranteed only upon receipt of payment for the entire stay.
